CNN Breaks the News to D.L. Hughley

CNN finally “BREAKS THE NEWS” to D.L. Hughley after declining ratings and tons of hate emails from bloggers around the web.

Still today no-one could fully understand what CNN purpose was for hiring Hughley in this highly visible spot right before the election of President Obama. Bloggers were rounded including our readers and directed to send letters and fill out forms on CNN’s pages demanding that they remove Hughley from his post.

Hughley’s first show was a smear campaign against African-Americans and the President. It made you wonder who was behind this strategy. It was rumored that CNN’s parent companies were getting a lot of heat from some big money supporters that CNN showed favoritism toward the Democrats and it wasn’t fair to some viewers.

The first, second, third and all episodes thereafter were disasters. Hughley tried and tried again to sound intelligent with high profile guests but it made him look very un-educated as he claims and worse.

Pepper Miller of adage asked “What the hell was CNN thinking” and like us enjoys some of D.L.’s comedy, but this was not comedy. It was a pure intent on degrading our race as the shows and movies did in the 70’s.

We will never know what was on CNN’s mind when they made this decision and I applaud Hughley’s decision at the attempt to be funny and to get paid, but listen Bra…they weren’t laughing with you, they were laughing at you and at us.
